Services

I offer a range of executive and leadership coaching services to help you make lasting, positive changes to your life. Read the explanations below to see which may be best suited to you.

One-on-One Executive & Leadership Coaching

One-on-one executive and leadership coaching supports clients who typically hold or aspire to a leadership position.

We work on achieving professional goals such as improving leadership skills, developing teams, managing workloads, navigating career transitions, and many other topics that surface in today’s work world. We focus on specific, measurable outcomes, and use a variety of tools and techniques to support coaching conversations that include assessments, exercises, and audio or written resources. If you want to benefit from a dedicated time to think, reflect, clarify your thoughts, and experience your feelings while generating new ideas and insights to help you move forward, this type of coaching is for you.

Group Coaching

Group coaching involves people who are not necessarily from the same organization and who do not necessarily share a common goal.

Individuals in the group receive personal coaching from the coach, and often from others in the group, around a common theme that anchors the conversation. Group coaching clients benefit from the coaching process and learning from others. Conversations often are broader than the deep dialogue of one-on-one coaching. Examples include a group of women leaders who meet over several months to explore their career paths to senior or executive leadership, and a group of new leaders who meet monthly for a year as a follow-on to corporate leadership training.

Team Coaching

In team coaching, the client is the team and not the individuals who make up the team.

The primary goal of this type of coaching is team development and learning so they create value together, for themselves and their stakeholders. Members of the team share a common goal and work together on specific, collective challenges. Examples include defining a clear and common vision, addressing challenges of being members of multiple teams –often in both virtual and hybrid environments – managing expectations of stakeholders, and tackling particular project management issues. Results include established or stronger trust, better communication, higher productivity, and enhanced morale.

Training & Facilitation

Training and facilitation respond to the need to develop or learn new skills and competencies, or make strategic decisions, often brought on by organizational change.

Customized workshops are engaging, interactive, and highly tuned in to participants. We use critical coaching and presentation skills, and our own knowledge and extensive experience to ensure success in workshop preparation, delivery, and follow up. Examples include training on coaching skills for managers, cultural differences in the workplace, and project management tools. We also facilitate workshops for executive, leadership, and technical teams ensuring inclusion of all voices, thereby gaining consensus to create decisive and achievable action plans. Often we combine workshops with one-on-one coaching for select individuals or teams, based on publications written by popular management authors such as Lencioni, and assessments such as DISC and Kornferry’s Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI).

With over 30 years in the trenches of consulting, coaching, and training in more than 40 countries, I empower clients to face challenges and opportunities in new ways.
