About me

I am an executive and leadership coach committed to making a lasting, positive difference in a person’s life – especially in the workplace.

With over 30 years in the trenches of consulting, coaching, and training in more than 40 countries, I empower clients to face challenges and opportunities in new ways and motivate clients to hold themselves accountable and measure progress to achieve their goals.

Expect supportive yet challenging conversations. I listen intently. I won’t let you off the hook but I will help transform how you think about things in both big and small ways for lasting change.

“Expect supportive yet challenging conversations.”

I coach individuals, teams, and groups who are invested in developing themselves as leaders. Clients come from private companies, government agencies and non-profits. I bring deep experience working in international economic development and with clients from the technology, manufacturing, engineering, and health science industries.

Topics that often form the foundation of my coaching conversations include career shifts, sub-optimal team performance, cultural differences in the workplace, strategic choices in finding work-life balance, and change management often due to reorganization and restructuring.

I hold an MBA from The George Washington University, an MS in Speech and Language Technology from The University of Edinburgh (Scotland), and a BA in Languages and Business from Kent State University.

I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a globally recognized ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC). I am also certified in Korn Ferry’s Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), and use DISC, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, StrengthFinders 2.0, Enneagram, Insights Discovery and other tools to support client goals.

When I’m not coaching, I love to travel, host, and visit friends and family around the globe. I’m an active member in my local ICF Chapter (Past President and Board member). During my tenure there I led initiatives to support Chapter coaches to improve their skills, upgrade ICF coaching credentials and build their businesses. I also volunteer for local chapters of the Women’s Sailing Association and the American Association of University Women (AAUW).

I can’t wait to work together!
